Realizing that every situation is unique, we’ve developed several affordable care options called Envive Life Plans.
Envive Life Plans provide structure, and are designed to give you a better understanding of your care. As we develop an Envive Life Plan for you, we’ll answer any questions you may have regarding treatment and cost.
Envive Corrective Plan
Designed for those with health concerns such as pain, disease, spinal subluxation or degeneration, the Envive Corrective Plan will help you enjoy life more abundantly as quickly as possible. Through chiropractic adjustments and physical therapy as recommended by Envive physicians, we will lead you toward an active, healthy lifestyle.
Dynamic Chiropractic and Physical Therapy evaluations will determine how your body is correcting and stabilizing. As your Envive Corrective Plan winds down, our team will develop an Envive Wellness Plan with you so you can continue to remain healthy and active.
Envive Wellness Plan
We designed the Envive Wellness Plan for those who have completed an Envive Corrective Plan with our office or a similar plan with another provider. The plan helps you achieve and maintain optimum health. An Envive Wellness Plan consists of regularly scheduled services that are determined by you and your goals. These services may include chiropractic adjustments, physical therapy and active care, massage, acupuncture, and wellness screenings. The more active you are, and the more active and healthy you want to be over the course of your life, the more you will value and appreciate your Envive Wellness Plan.
